About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations and achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and promote products
• Operate the cash register and handle in-store and online pickup transactions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue growth
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
• Introduce promotions and upsell/cross-sell products to maximize purchase value
• Manage customer inquiries via the dedicated WhatsApp channel
• Coordinate online pickup orders and work closely with logistics to ensure timely dispatch and returns
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare items for display, including price tagging and product identification checks

• UAE National (with Family Book)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
• Proactive and service-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
