Responsibilities
- Manage backend operations for live video shopping sessions with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate end-to-end live session activities including product curation, session preparation, and post-session order processing
- Assist video shoppers during LIVE sessions to ensure smooth flow and customer engagement
- Support order placement, tracking, and delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Step in as a Video Shopper when required and engage with customers confidently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and customer service
- Monitor live session performance and resolve issues in real-time
- Maintain high standards of execution and customer satisfaction throughout the process
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, retail, or similar roles
- Familiarity with platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Noon, or similar marketplaces is preferred
- Exposure to live selling or video commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Whatnot, ShopShops) is an advantage
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage real-time operations
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments
- Comfortable being on camera when required
- Immediate or within 30 days joining availability preferred
