Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Lead Frontend Engineer with 9+ years of experience to join our team as a technical anchor. This is a full-time role for a visionary developer who combines deep architectural expertise with frontend stacks like Node, React, and Next.js with a modern, AI-first mindset. You will own the frontend lifecycle, ensuring our platforms are performant, SEO-optimized, and data-driven while using AI tools to drive unprecedented team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Architecture & Design: Lead the development of user interfaces using ReactJS to create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.
• Next.js & Modern Stack: Architect scalable solutions using Next.js (App Router), Server Components, and advanced rendering strategies to ensure top-tier performance.
• AI-Enhanced Engineering: Actively utilize AI-native editors (e.g., Cursor) and tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, automate boilerplate, and refactor code.
• Technical SEO: Lead the implementation of SEO strategies (Schema markup, Core Web Vitals, SSR/ISR) to ensure maximum organic reach and search engine visibility.
• Analytics & Tracking: Lead the integration of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), User Analytics, and Conversion Tracking to provide data-driven insights.
• Deployment Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for efficient releases, including version control and CI/CD practices.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Take a leadership role in project management, collaborating with designers, backend teams, and QA to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in UI development with a strong portfolio of ReactJS and NextJS work.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• AI Proficiency: Deep experience using AI tools and LLMs to improve engineering efficiency and code quality.
• Full-Stack Awareness: Solid understanding of backend technologies and architecture to facilitate seamless integration.
• Tracking Expert: Proficiency in implementing GA4, Conversion Tracking, and social media integrations.
• Communication: Effective skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
