About The Job

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of our consumer-facing platforms. This role is dedicated to perfecting the Buyer and Seller experience, optimizing end-to-end funnels, and leveraging modern development techniques to accelerate innovation. The ideal candidate is a "builder" at heart, blending strategic product thinking with the ability to rapidly prototype solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience Ownership:Define and execute the product roadmap for the Buyer and Seller journeys, ensuring a seamless, high-trust experience across all touchpoints.
  • Funnel Optimization:Analyze and optimize conversion funnels (from landing to listing for sellers, and from discovery to checkout for buyers) through rigorous A/B testing and product experiments.
  • Rapid Prototyping & POCs:Utilize"vibe coding"(AI-augmented development) to personally build and ship Proof of Concepts (POCs), allowing for immediate validation of new features before full-scale engineering commitment.
  • Strategic Documentation:Lead the creation of comprehensive PRDs, user flows, and requirement analyses that bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to align product initiatives with company-wide profitability goals.
  • Performance Tracking:Own the reporting of product metrics, focusing on engagement, conversion rates, and retention across the consumer ecosystem.

Candidate Expectations

  • Product Expertise: Deep understanding of consumer-facing products, specifically within e-commerce or marketplace business models.
  • Technical Agility: Proven experience in vibe coding and the ability to build functional POCs using modern AI coding tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Expert-level exposure to product flows, key terminology, and data-driven decision-making.
  • System Familiarity: Strong familiarity with internal systems and workflows to ensure consumer-facing features are supported by robust backend processes.
  • Growth Commitment: A clear intention to build a long-term career in product management and a willingness to take full ownership of the product lifecycle.
