About The Job

Bring luxury fashion to life through dynamic marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and more. Blend creativity with data-driven strategies to engage customers, boost revenue, and craft unforgettable brand experiences. Responsibilities

  • Omni channel Lifecycle Management:Own the end-to-end customer funnel (CLM/CRM). Oversee and optimize activities across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications using tools like Clever Tap, Mo Engage, Web Engage, or Hub Spot.
  • Data & Reporting:Actively maintain and update the internal house marketing dashboard. Monitor key metrics to ensure all activities align with monthly and yearly revenue and session targets.
  • Campaign Execution:Create and deploy emails using HTML within approved templates, ensuring precise imagery, layout, and high-end design standards.
  • App Optimization:Drive engagement and retention strategies specifically optimized for iOS and Android app platforms.
  • Creative Collaboration:Partner with design and content teams to ensure all marketing collateral meets luxury brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Testing & Growth:Conduct regular A/B testing across various campaign elements to constantly improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Content Strategy:Plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar designed to boost long-term customer engagement and loyalty.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in CRM and CLM. (e-commerce knowledge is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML and familiarity with CRM automation tools (e.g., Clever Tap, Web Engage, or Mo Engage).
  • Analytical Skills: Solid knowledge of cohorts and audience segmentation to drive personalized marketing.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative and problem-solving mind set.
