About The Role

We're seeking a data-driven Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on creating and testing creatives for paid ads and promotions. This role is crucial for improving our paid marketing performance. You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop data-driven visual assets that drive user acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a variety of visual assets for paid advertising platforms and promotional campaigns, including static images, animated GIFs, and short videos for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.
  • Create compelling concepts optimized for specific ad placements and target audiences.
  • Execute A/B testson creative variations to improve performance metrics and use data to guide future design decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze creative performance and refine strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, platform best practices, and advertising regulations to keep our creatives fresh, relevant, and compliant.
  • Manage and organize a library of creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and efficiency for future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio that highlights work on paid advertising and performance based campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and the role of creative in driving performance.
  • A fundamental understanding of marketing KPIs and a desire to use data to inform creative decisions and a data-driven approach to design. Experience with A/B testing is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all designs are pixel-perfect, on-brand, and optimized for their intended platforms.
