The Luxury Closet is in search for a Head of Marketing, who is motivated to turn

the vision into reality and will give 110% to Make It Happen.

About The Role

This role will have primary day-to-day responsibility for implementing, the financial-

related activities of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Bank Reconciliations - Multiple currency
  • Regularizing the reconciling items by posting necessary journal entries
  • Assisting with weekly cash reports and quarterly cash flow forecasting
  • Reconciliation of intercompany trade balances monthly
  • General ledger activities like accruals, prepayments, cost transfer etc.
  • Assist with quarterly intercompany reconciliations
  • Collating documentation to support intercompany recharging
  • Ad hoc tasks including producing reports

Requirements

  • The candidate must have bank reconciliation, intercompany & General Ledger experience.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including use and set-up of Pivot tables.
  • Good Accounting skills
  • Good English skills - written and verbal communication. Strong reconciliation skills.
  • Experience of an accounting software package Good working knowledge of Tally ERP accounting software
