Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and management of AI-powered products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to deliver innovative products that solve business problems and create value for customers. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AI technologies, product management experience, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision:
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products.
• Identify business opportunities where AI can deliver significant value.
• Stay updated with AI industry trends and technologies to inform product development.
• Training and Education:
• Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams to improve their understanding of AI concepts, applications, and tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to guide non-technical teams in leveraging AI in their functions (e.g., marketing, operations, customer service).
• Create educational materials, such as documentation, workshops, and tutorials, to promote AI literacy across the organization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into AI product requirements.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders and executives.
• AI Model Integration:
• Work with data scientists and engineers to define the requirements for AI models and ensure they meet product objectives.
• Oversee the integration of machine learning models into the product pipeline.
• Monitor the performance of AI systems and work with technical teams to refine them as needed.
• Execution and Delivery:
• Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI features.
• Performance Measurement:
• Define success metrics for AI products and track their performance post-launch.
• Leverage data-driven insights to iterate on product features and improve user experience.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.
