Responsibilities:
- Accelerate Sales Growth:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard luxury brand partners with excess or discounted new inventory.
- Negotiate win-win agreements to drive sales volume and revenue.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brand partners to foster long-term collaborations.
- Drive New Merchandise Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to scale the new merchandise business, expanding product categories and reaching new customer segments.
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Luxury Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of luxury brands, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- 5+ years in category management/ Key account management preferably in a marketplace or consignment business.
- Strong Negotiator: Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and drive favorable outcomes.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster long-term partnerships.
- Results-Driven: Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about driving sales growth.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Existing relationships with luxury brands or distributors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
