Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate Sales Growth:
  • Identify, acquire, and onboard luxury brand partners with excess or discounted new inventory.
  • Negotiate win-win agreements to drive sales volume and revenue.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brand partners to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Drive New Merchandise Strategy:
  • Develop and execute strategies to scale the new merchandise business, expanding product categories and reaching new customer segments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Luxury Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of luxury brands, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • 5+ years in category management/ Key account management preferably in a marketplace or consignment business.
  • Strong Negotiator: Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and drive favorable outcomes.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about driving sales growth.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Existing relationships with luxury brands or distributors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
