  • Develop & Implement Ad Strategy:
    • Design and execute The Luxury Closet's advertising strategy, focusing on high-end brand partnerships
    • Define ad formats, placements, and targeting options to maximize revenue and brand alignment
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate advertising seamlessly with overall brand messaging
  • Manage Ad Inventory:
    • Analyze website and app traffic to identify optimal ad placements and inventory allocation
    • Forecast available ad space, set pricing models, and package inventory for advertisers
    • Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and adjust pricing as needed to meet revenue goals
  • Build & Manage Brand Partnerships:
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with luxury brands that align with The Luxury Closet's target audience
    • Negotiate partnership agreements, define deliverables, and ensure mutual success
    • Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, addressing concerns and optimizing campaigns
  • Ad Technology & Operations:
    • Select and implement ad serving platforms, ensuring seamless integration with the website and app
    • Troubleshoot technical issues, manage ad delivery, and optimize performance across devices
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, ad formats, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue generated
    • Generate detailed reports for internal stakeholders and brand partners, providing insights and recommendations
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform future strategies

Experience: 3+ years of experience in ad operations or a related field, preferably within e-commerce or luxury retail.


  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, ad formats, and targeting strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of successful partnerships
  • Technical proficiency with ad serving platforms and web analytics
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working with luxury brands
  • Familiarity with fashion and luxury retail industry
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
