About The Role

To enrich our product team, we are looking for a passionate Product Manager to improve our seller user experience journey and improve seller retention. The person will be responsible to plan and execute the entire roadmap of seller experience. The person will work with CXOs and Director-Product directly. The person will work with a team of engineers, content specialists and designers to build a top-notch web & mobile product for The Luxury Closet for enriching seller experience.

  • Do user research, competitive environment analysis and industry trends to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value
  • Determines user's needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information (What are our users doing?)
  • Ideating on new features or defining even completely new ways of how to do business
  • Defining features and requirements to create quarterly product roadmap, working with designers, developers and marketing, content teams to deliver results
  • Extensive data analysis on supply forecasting model, product pricing model, supply merchandising analysis, user behavior analysis, discount forecasting, etc
  • Working with CXOs directly to develop product strategy
  • Continuously monitoring the impacts of initiatives released in the past
  • Providing information to the management by preparing short-term and long-term sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests
  • Improve processes and operations by making the existing processes more efficient


  • MUST HAVE: IT/Engineering Degree, Product experience of 2-3 years minimum (preferably consumer internet background) on both Web & App platforms
  • Good understanding of excel, SQL, Google Analytics, and should have executed data analysis in previous roles
  • A track record of doing well at *each* of level 1 through level 5 or 6 in Dacheng Zhao's PM career ladder (applies to whatever level you have worked till now)

  • Great analytical skills and ability to derive insights out of data
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex desktop / mobile applications
  • Intuitiveness and ability to think like an end user
  • Should be conversant with most of the product prioritization frameworks
  • Ability to create mock wireframes (low fidelity at least)
