About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front-End Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Front-End Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our front-end development strategies. You will lead a team of 4-5 front-end and back end developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in front-end technologies and PWA, with expertise in React.js, Nest.js, and Node.js, SEO and Analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Provide technical guidance, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance reviews
• Front-End Development:
• Drive the design, development, and maintenance of responsive web applications using React.js
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic implemented using Nest.js and Node.js
• Ensure the implementation of high-quality, efficient, and reusable code
• Contribute to the architectural decisions and design discussions for front-end components, ensuring scalability and performance
• Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Implement and enforce best practices for testing, ensuring the reliability and stability of the front-end codebase
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical insights
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in front-end development
• Implement and advocate for continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline development workflows
• Analytics and SEO:
• Lead the integration of various analytics tools, including User Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Conversion Tracking, to collect, measure, and analyze user interactions and behaviors within applications
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analyses to improve user engagement and overall application performance
• Outstanding technical skills (on-page S E O), content building/ social media skills (engagement) and link building skills (off-page S E O) to work with us to improve organic search visibility of our web properties/ portals
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering
• Proven experience of 5-6 years as a Front-End Developer with a focus on React.js, Nest.js, and Node.js
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team lead, managing a team of 4-5 developers
• In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design and PWA
• Strong knowledge of SEO, accessibility issues and Proficiency in implementing and managing analytics tools such as User Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Conversion Tracking
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and modern front-end build tools
• Familiarity with server-side development using Nest.js and Node.js
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
