Responsibilities:

  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
  • Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses to improve SEM & PMAX traffic and increase ROAS
  • Addressing and escalating campaign performance issues
  • Submitting reports, analyzing and implementing the changes to meet the KPI’s
  • Maintain and optimize ads based on analytics and ad results
  • Utilize Google Analytics to better understand the customer journey, measure goals and explore channels that can be improved
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets and Prepare accurate reports on our campaign’s overall performance
  • Create workflows within the departments

Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in an ecommerce environment (fashion is a plus)
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, SEM, Meta, Snapchat and Tiktok
  • Hands on expertise of Google ads and Facebook ads is a MUST
  • Understanding of Digital and ecommerce metrics, conversion funnels
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS
  • Comfortable using BI tools ( Power BI)
  • Experience in Retargeting platforms (Criteo, RTB) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps
  • Experience in Budgeting
