The Operations Team

Our Real Estate Operations team works behind the scenes, looking for and managing investment opportunities, following industry best practice and applying market analytics to ensure seamless transactions and an unparalleled service.

We are looking for a Tenant Relations Associate to join our Property Management team as the primary point of contact for tenants across our growing portfolio, working closely with building managements and utility providers to keep requests moving quickly and ensure a smooth tenant experience.

🚀 What you'll do:

• Tenant Communication & Request Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring all requests are properly logged and accurately tracked through to resolution.

  • Assign requests to the relevant team, follow up on progress, and monitor and escalate overdue tickets where required.

• On-Ground Tenant Engagement:

  • Personally engage with tenants on-ground, including apartment handovers, move-ins, move-outs, and other key tenancy touchpoints.

  • Coordinate apartment handovers, ensuring tenants receive the required information, access, keys, and support, and build strong professional relationships throughout their tenancy.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with building managements, security teams, and utility providers to resolve issues and keep requests moving quickly.

  • Coordinate with DEWA/utility providers, building managements, and other external parties as required to support tenants and resolve operational matters.

• Tenant Experience & Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with Property Management, Maintenance, and other internal teams to ensure tenant issues are resolved efficiently, keeping tenants proactively updated throughout.

  • Identify recurring tenant concerns, highlight opportunities to improve the overall tenant experience, and maintain accurate tenant and property information in the relevant systems.

🎯 What success looks like:

The right person will not simply receive and pass on tenant requests. They will take ownership, follow through, build the right relationships, and make things happen — always asking: “Who needs to action this? What is holding it up? Who do I need to speak to? Has it actually been resolved?”

👀 What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality.

• Exposure to and experience handling tenants of a multi-unit portfolio.

• Strong customer service and tenant-facing experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong follow-up, organisation, and coordination skills, with a proactive, practical, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Confident dealing with tenants, building managements, utility providers, and external service partners.

• Able to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously; professional, approachable, and comfortable with frequent on-ground interaction.

• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory, and comfortable travelling between properties for handovers and inspections as required.
