The Operations Team
Stake’s Operations team is the engine room of the business - streamlining processes, optimizing systems, managing a rapidly growing portfolio of 550+ properties, and delivering consistently for our investors. As a function at the heart of what we do, Operations is critical to our ability to scale and realize our ambition of becoming a global market leader in digital real estate investment.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Lead to help elevate our UAE operations to a world-class standard. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager Operations, this individual will be responsible for ensuring our core business processes are robust, efficient, and scalable. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day performance of our portfolio and driving strategic improvements that align with Stake’s growth trajectory.
This is a high-impact role with exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how Stake delivers operational excellence at scale.
🚀 What you’ll do:
Core Operations:
Support the smooth running of Stake's UAE business operations, ensuring core processes are carried out accurately and consistently.
Assist with property-related financial operations including payables, receivables, weekly investor distributions, exits, reconciliations, and basic forecasting.
Maintain operational systems and databases ensuring data integrity and reliability.
Own investor communications related to property performance, tenancy updates, maintenance events, and other property matters, following established templates and guidelines.
Process & Scalability:
Follow and help maintain SOPs, operational controls, and best-practice frameworks across the business.
Identify operational bottlenecks, propose actionable solutions, and drive them to completion.
Support the testing and rollout of new tools and systems as the business evolves.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Asset Management, Transactions, Finance and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
Translate operational challenges and opportunities into product enhancements and technology priorities.
Take initiative in identifying cross-functional gaps and working across teams to close them.
Support Stake’s expansion into new markets and product lines by adapting operational processes to new regulatory frameworks and local market requirements.

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of operational excellence, analytical ability, and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and ownership. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the agility and resilience needed to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in operations, consulting, or process management roles
Experience in real estate, fintech, or high-growth startups is a plus
Proven track record of driving process optimization, automation, and operational excellence.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
