About the Role:
SiFi is looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote marketing team. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of paid digital advertising, from strategic planning and audience targeting to campaign activation, performance analysis, and continuous optimization across all major platforms.
We are looking for a forward-thinking marketer who actively embraces AI tools as a core part of their workflow, using them to research audiences, build strategies, elevate copy, generate creative briefs, analyze data, and accelerate every deliverable.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Planning & Activation
Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant digital platforms.
Develop full-funnel media strategies aligned with campaign objectives, from awareness to conversion.
Define budget allocations, bidding strategies, and audience targeting frameworks for each platform.
Ensure campaigns are live, healthy, and optimized on a continuous basis.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance daily using platform dashboards and any relevant analytics tools.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Run A/B tests across ad formats, copy, creatives, and audiences to continuously improve performance.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take proactive action to course-correct.
AI-Powered Marketing Workflows
Actively use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and relevant ad AI features) across all aspects of the role, including audience research, copy writing, creative ideation, reporting automation, and competitor analysis.
Stay current on the latest AI marketing tools and proactively propose new integrations that improve team efficiency or campaign outcomes.
Build and maintain AI-assisted prompt frameworks and workflows that can be shared with the broader marketing team.
Creative & Content Collaboration
Write compelling ad copy and craft creative briefs, using AI tools to accelerate output without sacrificing quality.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad assets meet platform specifications and align with brand guidelines.
Recommend content angles, hooks, and formats based on platform trends and audience behaviour insights.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Contribution
Contribute to monthly and quarterly digital marketing planning sessions, presenting data-backed recommendations.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and new ad formats across all digital channels.
Work closely with the Marketing team and crossfonctional team members to align paid media efforts with broader brand and business goals.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media management.
Proven track record of planning, activating, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and similar platforms.
Experience managing mid-to-large ad budgets with demonstrable ROI outcomes.
Technical Skills
Deep familiarity with campaign setup, audience targeting, pixel/conversion tracking, and platform-native optimization tools.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and platform analytics dashboards.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing day-to-day workflow — A key requirement.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM integration, or attribution tools is a plus.
Soft Skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to move from numbers to narrative quickly.
Strong written communication skills.
Self-directed and comfortable working fully remotely with minimal supervision.
