Product Manager — Platform
Product
Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Job Description
The role
SiFi is building the business wallet Saudi companies actually want to use. The Platform squad owns the core of that promise: how companies control spend, capture receipts, enforce policy, and understand where their money goes. It's also the most complex surface on the platform, and your job is to make it feel simple.
This is a product team, not a feature factory. You'll be handed problems and outcomes, not a roadmap to execute. If you need a spec to feel safe, this isn't the seat.
We're not hiring for domain expertise. We're hiring for an instinct: to sit with a confused finance lead, find the real pain under what they say, and turn that mess into a product decision that's obviously right.
What you'll own
You'll work directly with finance leaders and business owners to surface the problems that slow them down: expense processes that take too long, policies that are hard to enforce, receipts that go missing, spend that's impossible to reconcile at month-end.
This role covers the full product lifecycle. You'll take new ideas from zero to one, defining the problem, validating with real users, and shipping something that works before anyone else knows it's needed. You'll scale what's already live, removing friction, improving reliability, and driving adoption across the customer base. And you'll work closely with marketing on go-to-market, making sure new features actually land, get used, and stick.
Data is how you stay honest. You'll obsess over usage numbers, drop-off points, and adoption curves, and you won't let a hypothesis live long without testing it. You act on what the data says, not what feels right.
Your job is to understand user pain deeply, then turn it into product decisions that make the platform dramatically simpler to use.
How we work
Small squads, real ownership, weekly customer contact, high taste bar. We move fast and we say no to most things so we can do a few things at a world-class level.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 2+ years shipping B2B SaaS products people use daily. You've owned a real surface, not assisted on one.
- You have a genuine pull toward customers. You talk to users every week because you want to, not because a process tells you to. You hear what people don't say, and you keep asking "why" until the real problem surfaces.
- You have a simplification instinct. Show us a flow you made dramatically simpler, and explain what you removed and why it mattered.
- You're fluent in data. You build your own dashboards, spot patterns before anyone flags them, and act on what you find. Data is your default lens, not a secondary check.
- You turn messy, contradictory customer input clear decisions, and you bring decisions to the table, not options. You write clearly, and you're decisive under ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Saudi or MENA market experience, and Arabic. You've felt finance-ops pain firsthand, or are fast at building context. You've worked somewhere that treated design as a core competency, not decoration.
