Tamheer Program Requirements:

• Saudi nationals
  
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Cybersecruity or similar is highly preferred)
  
• Age between 22 and 30 years
  
• Not currently employed
  
• Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months
  
• Eligible for and registered in the Tamheer Program through Hadaf
  

Skills:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices
  
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and incident investigation skills
  
• Hands-on experience with security tools (SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
  
• Knowledge of network security, system vulnerabilities, and threat detection
  
• Ability to respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis
  
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
  
• Good documentation, organizational, and time management skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle security incidents effectively
  

Preferred (Plus for SiFi Environment)

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields
  
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
  
• Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27001, NCA ECC, PCI DSS)
  
• Understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure) and secure architecture
  
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and penetration testing concepts
  
• High attention to detail with a proactive security mindset
