At S i F i , the Associate Sales Executive supports the sales team by understanding client needs and assisting in preparing suitable solutions, proposals, and presentations. This role is ideal for a motivated fresh graduate looking to build a career in pre-sales, solution consulting, and client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and preparing proposals.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and pre-sales documentation.
- Participate in client meetings to take notes and support solution discussions.
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to gather solution details.
- Support the preparation of RFP/RFQ responses and basic cost estimations.
- Maintain organized documentation of client requirements and proposals.
- Assist in solution handover to delivery teams after deal closure.
- Stay updated on company offerings and basic market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop pre-sales and solution consulting skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
