Role Overview

At S i F i , the Associate Sales Executive supports the sales team by understanding client needs and assisting in preparing suitable solutions, proposals, and presentations. This role is ideal for a motivated fresh graduate looking to build a career in pre-sales, solution consulting, and client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and preparing proposals.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and pre-sales documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings to take notes and support solution discussions.
  • Coordinate with technical and internal teams to gather solution details.
  • Support the preparation of RFP/RFQ responses and basic cost estimations.
  • Maintain organized documentation of client requirements and proposals.
  • Assist in solution handover to delivery teams after deal closure.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and basic market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop pre-sales and solution consulting skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
