Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, updating, and testing the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) with business units.
- Support the development and testing of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
- Maintain the incident management and emergency response protocols.
- Organize periodic BCP drills and tabletop exercises.
- Ensure BCM documentation is compliant with SAMA and ISO 22301 standards.
- Track continuity risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience developing BCP and DRP plans.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with KSA financial regulations and an understanding of relevant standards like ISO 22301.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent command of English is a must.
