SiFi is a rapidly growing B2B Fin-Tech company transforming expense management for businesses in Saudi Arabia. As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, we empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management.


Position Overview

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new customers and potentially new partners of SiFi. This role involves managing the onboarding process, verifying documentation, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers/partners.
  • Collect and verify all required documentation and information according to company policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC/AML).
  • Guide new customers/partners through the onboarding steps and answer their inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with sales, compliance, and other relevant teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Identify and resolve any onboarding issues or roadblocks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the onboarding process.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and internal policies related to onboarding.
  • Provide training and support to new customers/partners on using SiFi's products and services.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ year) in customer onboarding, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of KYC/AML requirements and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific FinTech onboarding platforms or tools.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements related to customer onboarding in KSA.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on building relationships.
