Key Responsibilities:

• Review the company's updated policies and procedures to ensure their compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and publications.
  
• Work to spread Compliance culture in the company, and raise awareness of Compliance importance.
  
• Ensure receipt of all laws, regulations, and circulars issued by the supervisory authorities and follow up on all company departments in their implementation.
  
• Update compliance policies and procedures.
  
• Identify and deal with all compliance risks and monitor their evolvement.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance.
  
• Expert in MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• High problem-solving skills.
  
• High communication skills.
  
• Previous experience in Fin-Tech Industry.
  
• Any compliance certificate is a big plus.
