About SiFi: SiFi is a rapidly growing B2B Fin-Tech company transforming expense management for businesses in Saudi Arabia. As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, we empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and maintaining the risk register.
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalate threshold breaches.
- Participate in Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) with various departments.
- Track action plans for risk mitigation and follow up with risk owners.
- Assist in preparing reports for Risk Committees and regulators (e.g., SAMA).
- Support in identifying fraud, operational, compliance, and third-party risks.
- Ensure compliance with risk-related policies, frameworks, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of risk management experience, preferably within the financial services or FinTech sector.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, and a solid understanding of various risk types.
- Familiarity with KSA financial regulations and an understanding of FinTech risks and regulations in KSA.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent command of English is a must.
