Responsibilities

The property administrator will play a critical role in supporting the finance team with accounting for the various aspects of property, including rental, electricity, lease adjustments, landlord interactions, and other related financial matters, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and maintaining the financial records for the property and network portfolio. Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the accounting for property leases and rental income, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and reconciliations.
  • Assist with the preparation of management reports and presentations relating to property.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Participating om external audits and providing information and support as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of lease accounting standards and property accounting is a plus.
  • Computer literacy and experience with financial software, accounting systems, and Excel.
  • Be comfortable working with numbers.
