Responsibilities

The Network Operations team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Account Manager in our Partner Management Team. The Partner Account Manager, responsible for managing the relationship with one of our key partners, will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and our key partner, helping to navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and capitalise on growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing all aspects of the partnership including technical support, service requests, and commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to address partner requests, ensure timely resolution of technical issues, and coordinate service enhancements or upgrades.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with partners, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, invoicing and billing arrangements.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality of service (QoS) standards.
  • Handle escalations and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner, balancing the interests of both parties.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

  • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is desirable.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Telecommunications sector.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, planning, time management, and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse cultural environment, demonstrating a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
