Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing basic test cases for different features under guidance to ensure functionality and quality.
- Identify, document, and report bugs or issues using tracking tools, ensuring clear and accurate descriptions.
- Support in preparing and updating simple test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Work with developers and QA team members to understand requirements and clarify issues.
- Assist in performing basic functional and regression testing to validate system behavior after changes.
- Participate in QA processes, team meetings, and training sessions to understand testing standards and best practices.
Key Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing concepts.
- Familiarity with manual testing and basic test case execution.
- Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar) is a plus.
- Understanding of different types of testing (functional, regression) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to learn testing tools, frameworks, and QA methodologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
