Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing basic technical support to users, helping resolve simple hardware, software, and access-related issues under supervision.
- Support the logging, tracking, and follow-up of service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams while ensuring proper follow-up.
- Assist in basic system updates, software installations, and user account management activities.
- Support in diagnosing basic system and connectivity issues, learning troubleshooting techniques.
- Contribute to documenting processes and identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency and user experience.
Key Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting concepts for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Exposure to service desk or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Willingness to learn digital tools, systems, and IT service management practices.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
