Key Responsibilities
- Assist in job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination to support recruitment activities.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing materials and assisting in new hire integration activities.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to enhance company visibility and candidate experience.
- Assist in organizing internal communication and engagement activities to support a positive work environment.
- Maintain basic TA trackers and ensure accurate data entry to support reporting and ongoing People initiatives.
- Provide support in ongoing P&O and People-related projects as needed.
Key Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR processes is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Comfortable using MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
