The People Generalist is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across the employee life cycle, with a strong focus on learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement. The role plays a key part in shaping the employee experience, supporting organizational capability building, and driving alignment between people practices and business objectives.
- Manage and support the full employee life cycle, including performance reviews, skip-level meetings, exit interviews, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, grievances, and workplace concerns, while ensuring consistent application of HR policies.
- Coordinate and manage the OKRs process, supporting alignment between individual, team, and organizational goals.
- Coordinate learning & development initiatives, including training programs, orientation, and continuous development activities.
- Support talent management activities, including talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development initiatives.
- Contribute to engagement and culture initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, action planning, well-being, and recognition programs.
- Maintain and update job profiles, ensuring role clarity, alignment with organizational needs, and support for career development frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience with proven exposure to learning & development, talent management, or employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and performance management frameworks.
- Experience coordinating OKRs or similar goal alignment/performance frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
