The Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Money Fellows is an integral part of our HR team, responsible for driving the recruitment strategy for technical roles across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical landscape and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop clear, concise job descriptions that accurately reflect technical requirements and align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with top-tier technical talent through various platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech forums.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations and cultural fit interviews, to ensure alignment with team needs and company values.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, maintaining a high level of communication with candidates throughout.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes, continuously optimizing as needed.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position Money Fellows as a leading employer in the tech space.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry organizations, and relevant communities to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Mentor and support junior talent acquisition staff, providing guidance on best practices and strategies for technical recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, roles, and the current market landscape.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting across various technical disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and outcomes.
