What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create bold, clear, and engaging visual designs for a wide range of marketing and communication touchpoints (web, social, print, email, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels and platforms
  • Design and update brand assets such as logos, typography, iconography, templates, and style guides
  • Support visual storytelling by creating static and motion-ready assets, including storyboards and layout compositions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, motion designers, and UX teams to ensure visual alignment across product and brand
  • Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces and graphics for digital products and platforms
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating the overall design thinking and output of the team
  • Balance creativity with speed and consistency in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Continuously explore new visual formats and experiment with design trends to enhance engagement and brand perception

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, marketing, or content production
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma knowledge is a plus
  • Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Familiarity with motion graphics tools such as After Effects (hands-on experience is a plus)
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing (Premiere), responsive design, or performance marketing creatives
  • Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, effective visuals—especially in digital, product, or fintech contexts
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, dev, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and familiarity with responsive design concepts
  • Nice to have familiarity with HTML/CSS to better communicate with developers
