What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Assist in sourcing candidates across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf)
• Review CVs and help shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates professionally

🔹 Employer Branding Support

• Contribute ideas and content for career page, LinkedIn, and social media posts
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, internship programs, and university partnerships
• Help create engaging content about company culture, employee stories, and more

🔹 Internal Communication

• Support internal announcements, newsletters, and communication campaigns
• Help in crafting creative messages, visuals, or captions for internal initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to share updates and celebrate milestones

What We’re Looking For:

• A student or fresh graduate in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passionate about people, branding, and team culture
• Creative mindset with a proactive attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
