The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager at Money Fellows will be pivotal in driving financial strategy and supporting business objectives through comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will lead the FP&A team in developing and implementing financial models, forecasts, and budgets while providing actionable insights to senior management.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs for budgeting and long-term financial planning.
- Investor Relations:
- Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries, providing relevant financial updates and insights.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Modelling:**
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inputs into financial models and validate assumptions.
- Reporting & Controlling:
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a FinTech or high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and investor relations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, forecasting processes, and delivering detailed financial reporting.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and analytical tools (Excel, financial software, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated through actionable insights and strategic inputs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data and insights clearly and convincingly to various audiences.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing financial teams is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements as applicable in the fintech sector.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
