ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Sales Representative at our Zagazig store, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to enhance our customers' experiences. Mentoring and guiding junior representatives while also working directly with customers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team in the Zagazig store to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues or inquiries effectively.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive store performance.
  • Provide training and mentoring to junior sales representatives, fostering skill development and a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our products and services to confidently advise customers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure that the store is well-stocked with necessary products.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, with a passion for customer service. Other qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in retail or fintech.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
