As a Senior Product Designer, you will be the driving force behind creating remarkable fintech products and experiences that truly resonate with our users. You will lead the entire design journey, from concept to execution, infusing your expertise and passion into every step of the process.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of our business goals, product requirements, and most importantly, the needs of our users
• Dive into user research, competitive analysis, and market trends to uncover valuable insights that will shape our design strategies and set us apart in the fintech industry
• Take the lead in the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and ideation sessions to creating wireframes, prototypes, and visually stunning designs
• Be the champion of the user experience by conducting user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities that ensure our design decisions are validated and aligned with user needs
• Bring our users to life through the creation of engaging user personas, detailed user flows, and captivating journey maps that guide our design decisions and deliver a seamless user experience
• Craft intuitive and user-friendly interactions, interfaces, and visually captivating elements that will leave our users in awe and make our fintech product stand out from the crowd
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Designer in fintech or related industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing fintech product design expertise and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Principle, Framer) for interactive prototypes
• Clean visual design sense with skills in typography and grids
• Strong experience in designing for iOS, Android, and web platforms
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and design systems
• Solid knowledge of mobile app interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
• Experience with user research and usability testing for informed design decisions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for presenting design solutions
• Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, delivering innovative and impactful design solutions
