Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of insightful dashboards and reporting tools that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create data models that align with our goals
- Perform in-depth analysis to unlock opportunities and monitor key performance indicators that drive success
- Mentor and guide junior BI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends to elevate our BI practices and technologies

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis, with a focus on BI engineering
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling
- Experience in leading BI projects and working collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a plus
