Sales Executive

Money Fellows is currently seeking Sales Executives to join our dynamic teams at the Mansoura and Zagazig branches.
Main Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet customers as they enter the store, engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their communication and connectivity requirements.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Money Fellows products to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Achieve or surpass individual and team sales goals by actively promoting and selling Money Fellows products.
• Offer personalized support to customers, address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Accurately handle sales transactions, including contracts, upgrades, activations, and payments, while strictly following company policies and procedures.
• Stay informed about the latest Money Fellows products, promotions, and industry trends to educate customers and effectively address their questions.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a retail sales representative or in a similar role, preferably within the financial or payment services sector.
• Solid knowledge of the retail industry and familiarity with the fintech sector.
• Exceptional negotiation and sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with the capability to excel independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
