We are seeking a talented and motivated graphic designer and more importantly a team player to join our commercial design & art team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create visually appealing graphics for various media. As an intermediate level Graphic Designer, you will support the team in producing high-quality designs that meet our needs and enhance our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and designs for various projects inhabiting different mediums
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including prints and digital
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects
  • Capability to tailor designs for employer branding projects


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
  • Previous internship or freelance experience in graphic design
