  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical talent requirements and establish clear job descriptions and qualifications
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization's technical roles, projects, and technologies to effectively assess candidate suitability
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, guiding them through the hiring process
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.


  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other relevant degree
  • 4+ years of proven experience in a full life cycle Talent acquisition role
  • 2+ years of experience in hiring tech. positions
  • Fluent communication in English language
  • Experience in High-tech, and Software industries
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
