As a part of the program, you will:

• Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripheral devices
• Perform hardware and software upgrades and patches as directed by the IT team
• Assist in managing user accounts and access rights in various systems and applications
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with common office software and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
• Understanding of basic network concepts and troubleshooting
• Ability to document issues and solutions for future reference
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and service management
• Excellent communication skills to assist users and resolve their issues effectively
