Job Purpose:

To lead the transformation of internal tools to achieve operational excellence and efficiency.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Customer Support to identify and implement automation opportunities
• Streamline workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency
• Enhance chat functionalities to provide better customer support
• Develop robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality
• Measure and track the impact of automation initiatives to demonstrate value
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech startup
• Proven experience in streamlining workflows, enhancing chat functionalities, and developing SOPs
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
