- Manage the entire personnel administration lifecycle, including employee onboarding, contracts, employee data management, and offboarding processes
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, benefits enrollment, and leave management
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, calculation of salaries, deductions, and benefits, and timely disbursement of payments
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Stay updated with payroll regulations and tax laws, ensuring compliance and accurate withholding and reporting
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions and issues
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure smooth administration and resolve any discrepancies or concerns
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support payroll-related audits and provide necessary documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to implement system enhancements and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Bachelor's degree
- Min 3 years of experience in personnel administration, payroll management, or a related HR operations role
- In-depth knowledge of personnel administration best practices, payroll processes, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of employment laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders
