CRM Specialist (User life cycle management)

As a CRM specialist you are responsible for driving customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and initiatives to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and growth.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Define customer journeys and touchpoints to optimize customer engagement and retention
  • Execute, and analyse CRM campaigns across various channels, such as email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Create personalized and targeted content to drive customer engagement and conversion
  • Analyse customer data to segment the customer base and identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, and customer support teams, to align CRM strategies, campaigns, and goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Min 1 Year of Relevant Experience
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic fintech environment
  • Familiarity with relevant data privacy regulations
