Main Responsibilities:

• Be the voice of the user and create a tight feedback loop between users and Scale
• Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, operations, marketing, CX and finance
• Set the product vision and strategy, communicating to leadership and defining success metrics
• Conduct user research to identify and address user pain points and inform product decisions
• Define and track KPIs and key metrics to measure product performance and inform product optimizations
• Create PRDs collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Conduct Product Reviews with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in fintech and product management, ensuring our continuous growth and innovation
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on fintech products
• Proven track record of defining and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design frameworks
• Strong technical and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Strong written, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority
• Experience with agile product development methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
