About The Role

As an Onboarding Specialist in Money Fellows, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new clients, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Money Fellows products or services.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of Money Fellows products or services
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Define methods to increase CLV


  • 2+ years of professional experience in banking or Insurance sales
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, banking, payments, or related domains within the fintech industry Is preferred
  • Experience In B2C with a Proven track record of success in sales Is a plus
  • Ability to effectively lead sales negotiations, influence decision-making, and close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
