Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of performance marketing, as well as CRM & Lifecycle management. with a focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital channels & marketing automation tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of performance marketing techniques, and expertise in utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, enhance lifecycle and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing strategies, including display ads, pay-per-click (PPC), conversion rate optimization (CRO) on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok & Criteo
  • Effectively allocate and manage campaign budgets to achieve growth targets and KPIs
  • Optimize digital campaigns based on real-time data analysis and insights, ensuring continuous improvement of key metrics
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and AppsFlyer to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Implement data-driven decisions to refine targeting strategies and achieve Cost Per Install (CPI) and Cost Per Conversion (CPC) goals
  • Lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives, including segmentation, personalized messaging, and marketing automation
  • Develop and execute lifecycle management strategies to enhance user engagement and drive customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the product, design, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with the overall company objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, providing guidance and fostering their professional development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and growth hacking
  • Leverage Braze or similar platforms to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns
Requirements Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across different platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and AppsFlyer to measure and analyze campaign performance
  • Experience in utilizing CRM systems and marketing automation to drive user engagement and retention
  • Familiarity with lifecycle management strategies and techniques to increase customer lifetime value
  • Previous experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms is a strong advantage
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings to stakeholders
