Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who plays a key role in strengthening MAGNiTT’s brand presence across digital platforms by creating engaging content, maintaining a consistent voice, and ensuring our insights reach the right audiences.

You will support the full social media lifecycle, from planning and content creation to publication and performance review, working closely with design, marketing, and content teams to position MAGNiTT as the go-to platform for venture data in Emerging Markets.

A good candidate will look to do the following:
• Drive and execute daily social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms;
• Create short-form video content and write strong, concise captions adapted to each platform;
• Assist in live coverage of events, webinars, and industry moments (real-time posting, highlights);
• Publish content according to the content calendar and ensure consistency of tone and messaging;
• Work closely with the design and content teams to translate data, insights, and research findings into engaging, social-first content;
• Monitor performance, engagement, and trends to improve content continuously;
• Drive traffic from social platforms to MAGNiTT’s website and landing pages;
• Identify and test new content formats (polls, quizzes, carousels, reels) to boost engagement;
• Stay on top of platform trends and algorithm changes to inform content decisions;
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and relevant conversations.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in social media or content execution for a company in the tech/fintech industry;
• Fluent in English, with strong writing skills and the ability to adapt the tone to different platforms;
• Comfortable shooting and editing simple video content using a smartphone;
• Experience leveraging LinkedIn as a B2B platform;
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach.

Good to have/be:
• Have an understanding of the startup, venture capital, and private equity space.
