At MAGNiTT, the Automation Integration team is responsible for designing and building the systems that automate MAGNiTT processes. The team works closely with other departments to turn complex process needs into scalable, automated solutions that power our product.

We’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable Software Engineer to join our Automation Integration team, to work across cross-domain projects, from building scalable web scrapers to data pipelines, and MLOps.

A good candidate will look to do the following:

• Automate data collection from online and internal sources using web scraping and scripting techniques;
• Build software solutions to automate complex processes by creating systems that intelligently interpret and respond to diverse scenarios;
• Develop and manage data pipelines to ensure reliable, timely, and scalable data processing;
• Continuously improve existing automation workflows and infrastructures for scalability and performance.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development;
• Proven experience with Python and SQL;
• Familiarity with Pandas software library and willingness to learn new ETL concepts;
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and interest in MLOps;
• Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and willingness to develop new skills;
• Fluent in English;
• A strong learning mindset, comfortable in learning and adapting to new tools and technologies;
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach;
• Naturally curious, with enthusiasm for tackling diverse technical challenges;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have/be:

• Web scraping experience;
• Exposure to cloud platforms;
• Familiarity with frameworks for building RESTful APIs;
• Have an understanding of the startup, venture capital, and private equity space.
