About the role
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to own Keyper's real estate agency channel, both growing our existing agency relationships and signing new ones. You'll be the face of Keyper to the agency community, responsible for driving adoption of our RNPM product across agents and their tenants.
This is a hybrid role: half your time will be spent on outbound, identifying, approaching, and onboarding new agency partners, and the other half on deepening relationships with agencies already in our network, helping them convert more of their tenants through Keyper.

What you'll do
Agency acquisition
Identify and prospect real estate agencies across Dubai that are a strong fit for Keyper's RNPM product
Lead end-to-end partnership conversations from first outreach through to signed agreement
Represent Keyper at industry events, property expos, and agency offices
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective agency partners
Account management & growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing agency partners
Track partner performance (applications submitted, conversion rates, revenue generated) and proactively address drop-offs
Run regular check-ins and business reviews with key agency accounts
Gather feedback from agencies and tenants, and relay it internally to improve the product and process
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth application processing for agency-referred tenants
Coordinate with marketing on co-branded materials, agency-specific campaigns, and referral incentives
Feed insights from the field into the product team to help prioritise improvements
Contribute to product improvements and enhance the conversion journey, partnering closely with counterparts at Property Finder and other key partners
What we're looking for
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, ideally within real estate, proptech, or fintech
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and how agencies operate
Proven track record of signing and growing B2B partnerships
Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to agency principals, team leaders, and individual agents
Self-starter who can manage a full pipeline independently without heavy oversight
Comfortable working with data, able to track your own performance, spot trends, and act on them
Arabic language skills are a plus but not required
