We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team!

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll lead our data analysis efforts and drive actionable insights within the fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and techniques to extract insights from complex datasets, with a focus on fintech-specific metrics.
• Design and execute data analysis projects to address key business challenges and opportunities within the fintech industry.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts, helping them develop their analytical skills and grow their careers within the fintech domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, identify relevant data sources, and develop analytical solutions tailored to fintech products and services.
• Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within the data, with a specific emphasis on fintech-related KPIs.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively, with a focus on fintech-specific metrics and trends.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing data analysis processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within fintech organizations.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and apply them to solve business problems effectively within the fintech sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights within the fintech industry.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques within fintech organizations.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar, with a focus on fintech-specific KPIs and metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and concise recommendations for fintech stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members within the fintech domain.
